Mission Statement The mission of the Youth Ministry is to lead youths into becoming Christ Centered adults and positive contributors to their families, church and society at large. To lead all the youths of Cornerstone Christian Ministries in the transitional phase, from teen to adulthood into becoming matured in knowledge and power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our goal is to prepare and educate the CCM youths for a life long journey with Christ.

We have many activities and events planned throughout the year for our youths, to grow together in faith, including Bible study, fellowship, worship and service. The Youth Ministry charges each youth with the responsibility of upholding the values and principles taught to them by the CCM Youth Ministry, under the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

To prepare and educate the youth to live Christ centered lives, we hold monthly youth nights composed of multiple forums by which the word of God can be exposed and taught to the youths. This is done through: discussions, teachings, Musical Selections (Live Praise & Worship, Christian music videos, and musical guest, Christian movies, guest speakers, teachers, ministers, outings [Theater (Live and Pre-recorded), sporting events, concerts, camp, Meetings, other churches), and Lives Plays. The Youth Ministry holds a quarterly Youth Sunday, where the youth are in charge of the whole Sunday service.

At the beginning of each year, the Youth Ministry conducts a pinning ceremony for the newer members of the ministry.  Through fellowship and guidance from the Holy Spirit, we grow as Christians.

Our purpose is, should the Lord tarry, the next generation will be well prepared to carry on our Lord’s commission. Here at Cornerstone Christian Ministries, the Youth are not just a group, we are a family.

Below are the verses that guide the Youth ministry.

Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

1Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Ecclesiastes 11:9 Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
